Kensuke Shirade left the family business (Shirade Construction Company) and founded a fish dealer business in Shinden-machi, Ishinomaki-shi, Miyagi

Moved to Fuki-machi, Ishinomaki-shi, Miyagi

The second generation owner, Koji Shirade, began manufacturing kamaboko and selling daily food dishes

1942

Moved to 2-4-29, Tachi-machi, Ishinomaki-shi, Miyagi

1967

Established Shiraken Kamaboko Ten Co., Ltd.

with a capital of 3 million yen

Koji Shirade was appointed Representative Director and President

1969

Yoshiko Shirade was appointed Representative Director and President

Seizo Shirade was appointed Executive Director
(Specialized in the manufacturing and sale of kamaboko)

1976

Completed the Sakana-machi Factory in Sakana-machi, Ishinomaki-shi, Miyagi

1982

Opened a store in Ito-Yokado Ishinomaki Nakasato

1983

Seizo Shirade was appointed Representative Director and President

1986

Opened a store in Sendai Mitsukoshi

1987

Completed a refrigerated warehouse on the lot adjacent to the Sakana-machi Factory

1988

Received an award as an excellent corporation from the Ishinomaki Tax Office

Opened a store in Ito-Yokado Izumi

Increased the capital to 10 million yen

Expanded the factory on the lot adjacent to the Sakana-machi Factory

Completed the Tachi-machi Factory in Tachi-machi 2 cho-me, Ishinomaki-shi, Miyagi

Started construction of the Kadonowaki Factory in Aza-myojin, Kadonowaki, Ishinomaki-shi, Miyagi
